Antique Handmade Suede Coin Purse or Childs Purse Note from Owner inside

Delightful small handmade, some sort of suede or fur, hand beaded loops around the bottom curve. It came with a note that was inside when it came into my possession basically stating that her grandmother made it and her great grandmother had given her the 50 cents (that is no longer inside)It had a broken chain that I replaced. The old broken chain I have inside in a small ziploc bag. It is hinged and has a push button spring mechanism to open that functions perfectly. I don't see any other markings.

The purse itself not including the chain measures roughly 3 inches long and 2.25 inches across.
