Art Deco Pearly Celluloid Comb and Letter Opener
$15.00
I can't remember how I came across these 2. They are fun and very feminine. Each has a little handpainted area on them. The letter opener has pink roses at the top and the comb has pink roses and a blue bird. They are made from that pearly-esk celluloid, an early type of plastic that was commonly used in the 20th century. I am guessing they are most likely from the 1930-40's.
The letter opener measures 6 inches long and at the widest point 3/4 of an inch wide. The comb measures 4.5 inches long and 1 inch wide,
Previously owned and almost antiques. Overall they are in good condition. The comb does have a broken missing tooth. I thought maybe someone who collects them might like them even so. Please examine all of my photos and decide for yourself.
Thanks so much for looking! If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to reach out to me! I usually respond quickly.
