Heavy Resin Owl in Stump Hollow Candle Holder Pair- Great Gift

Charming pair of owl candle holders. They are quite heavy so they could possibly be made from something else. They are quite detailed all of the ridges of the bark on the tree with little divots and inclusions. The stars of the show are the most adorable little owl looking out from their hollow in the tree. The owl is equally detailed. I tried to figure what type of owl it is depicting yet it seems is looks like many different types.

On top of the forest green stump is a brass tone metal platform that has a post that is on both sides. One goes into the stump and the other is a post to press your candle down onto to securely hold it. I used a tea candle that I removed from the metal, I believe these were made to accomodate a slightly larger votive size candle.

A great whimsical and functional OWL gift, perfect for that person who can't get enough of owls. They are a fun gift even for someone who doesn't collect owls. People who think forests and nature are magical. These could be used outdoors as well as indoors.

They measure 3 inches diameter and are 2.5 inches tall. They each weigh over 1 pound. Quite substantial and well made. They are very sturdy.

Previously owned and in excellent condition. The bottoms have some residue from a stickers that are no longer there. They are clean and free of wax.
