Vintage 1940's Celluloid Hand Painted Floral Brooch, Japan

Carved early plastic floral brooch. It is hand painted and stamped Japan on the back. It has a c type of closure. The brooch measures 2 inches long and 1.5 inches tall. It shows obvious signs of normal wear and age. Please examine all of the photos and decide for yourself.
