This nifty collectible teacup and saucer is from the 1930's. Topaz/Yellow glass, part of a toy set.
Made by AKRO AGATE their logo on the bottom of both pieces (last picture)
The plate measures 2.5 inches across and the widest part of the cup measures 2 inches and about an inch tall.
Previously owned and in excellent condition. There are no chips or crazing. Please examine all of the photos and decide for yourself.
