Vintage Art Deco Early Plastics Mint Green Celluloid Lidded Box

My grandmother used to keep her sewing notions in box similar to this one. I have also seen other people list similar boxes as sewing accessories box. It is the optimal size for all those attachments like optional presser feet and buttonholer. Some of the older machines have so many extra things you would need a box to keep them all. This one is rectangular in shape. It is lightweight but feels sturdy. It has an art deco criss cross of lines design on the lid. The lid comes completely off and the base sits inside the lid nicely when off.

It measures roughly 6.75 inches long, 3.25 inches wide and almost 2 inches tall.

Previously owned and like many things vintage, there are signs of normal use, wear and age. There are some minor surface scratches and scuffs on the bottom. There are some white color stains on the inside bottom. Like something has changed the color of the plastic like heat, It very well could be just how this box came out when it was made. Please examine all of the photos and decide for yourself. It is in good clean condition. I don't feel any of these things detract from the beauty of this piece.
