Vintage Gold Tone Lyre, US Navy Band Leader Staff Officer Collar Insignia Pin

A small gold plated pin of a lyre, a musical instrument. Google says that it is a military pin, The US Navy. Worn on the collar by bandleaders. It has a c type hook clasp. I did not see any markings on it. It comes in a shiny clear and blue plastic box.
The pin measures roughly 3/4 of an inch tall and 3/4 in wide. The box it comes in measures 1.25 inches square.
