These cute little playing cards. The box has seen some damage. The cards are all inside in perfect condition. The 4 suits plus 2 jokers, 54 cards in total. The box is marked Western Publishing Company, Hallmark Cards Inc. K.C. MO 64141 Made in the USA 89BC147-8.
Born in 1904, Marjorie Henderson Buell was an American cartoonist, most famous for creating the comic strip "Little Lulu." The strip debuted in the Saturday Evening Post on February 23, 1935, and ran weekly for the next ten years. "Little Lulu" was a curly haired girl, much given to mischief. A daily comic strip, entitled Little Lulu, was syndicated from June 5, 1950 through May 1969.
The cards inside the box measures 2.5 inches long and 1.75 inches wide.
Previously owned. Aside from the spots on the box and the minor normal wear the playing cards are in great condition. Please examine all of the photos and decide for yourself.
