Vintage Victorian Revival Gold Tone Bar Pin with Dangling Portrait of a Rose Brooch

Gold tone bar with a scrolling design on one half and a dangling oval shaped black cabochon with a painted picture of a single rose held in a decorative gold tone frame. There are no hallmarks and stamps on the brooch. It reminds me of 1928 jewelry.
The bar portion measures a bit over 1.5 inches long and 1/4 inch wide. The entire pin when laying flat measures roughly 1.5 inches by 1.5 inches.
